Job Summary
A company is looking for a Specialty Agent.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and process assigned volume within Specialty processes according to established service level agreements (SLA)
- Service Specialty Calls, including Cease/Desist, Deceased, and Voluntary Surrender, following call handling requirements
- Complete end-to-end functions within specialty tasks accurately and in compliance with regulations and company policies
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of servicing center experience
- One year of financial service industry experience preferred
- Knowledge of Cease/Desist, Deceased, and Specialty State processes preferred
- General knowledge of collections policies and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA)
