A company is looking for a Remote Benefits Call Center Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a steady volume of incoming calls regarding employee benefits
- Provide information on healthcare, retirement, and additional employee perks
- Navigate multiple systems while actively listening to customer inquiries
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Previous customer service and/or call center experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience working with healthcare and employer benefits is preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule between 8AM-7PM, Monday-Sunday
- Must pass a mandatory paid training program and a criminal background check
