Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls regarding employee benefit enrollment in a professional manner
- Respond to inquiries accurately and document call details accordingly
- Ensure compliance in processing and take accountability for the resolution process
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Prior customer service experience is required
- Experience in benefit administration or insurance is preferred but not necessary
- Must be comfortable with technology
- Strong interpersonal skills are essential
- Internet speeds of above 20 Mbps (Download) and 5 Mbps (Upload) are required
