A company is looking for an Employee Benefits Service Center Advocate (Work From Home).

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls regarding employee benefit enrollment in a professional manner
  • Respond to inquiries accurately and document call details accordingly
  • Ensure compliance in processing and take accountability for the resolution process
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Prior customer service experience is required
  • Experience in benefit administration or insurance is preferred but not necessary
  • Must be comfortable with technology
  • Strong interpersonal skills are essential
  • Internet speeds of above 20 Mbps (Download) and 5 Mbps (Upload) are required
