Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries from patients, partners, and internal staff
- Manage customer-service tickets and ensure timely resolution of requests
- Support patients with scheduling, registration, and other needs throughout their care journey
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required; Associate degree strongly preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role
- Experience in a medical or behavioral health setting is a plus
- Reliable internet connection required for remote work
- Comfortable navigating multiple software platforms and web-based applications
