Job Summary
A company is looking for an AEM/GenStudio Customer Success Architect.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solve customer issues in collaboration with the Solution CSM and develop optimal solutions
- Maintain up-to-date technical expertise with AEM and related Adobe solutions
- Build and nurture trusted advisor relationships with customers, CSMs, and product teams
Required Qualifications:
- Deep understanding of content lifecycle management
- Proven experience with Adobe Creative Cloud Solutions and AEM Sites Architect Certification
- Experience in digital marketing, focusing on performance marketing and content supply chain
- Ability to communicate technical solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience leading discovery and delivery phases of customer engagements
