A company is looking for a Customer Service Associate II.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and respond to inbound and outbound customer calls
- Document all calls in ticketing and tracking systems
- Act as a liaison between claims department and providers, ensuring high levels of customer service
Required Qualifications
- High school degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2-3+ years of relevant professional experience in Healthcare claims operations or Call Center environment
- Previous Health Care Call Center/Customer Service experience
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain a comprehensive understanding of covered benefits and policies
- Spanish speaking and written language proficiency preferred
