A company is looking for an Administrative Assistant, Membership & Industry Relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the GRAMMY U application queue and provide customer service for members
- Assist with managing the member accounts database and troubleshooting account issues
- Provide general administrative support to the Managing Directors, including managing appointments and travel
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields
- 2+ years of executive level administrative experience
- Experience with Microsoft database products and non-profit or membership data
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience working with sensitive and confidential data
