A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative-I (Medical Billing Customer Service Call Center) to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle all inbound customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions
  • Document all contacts and actions taken within the patient accounting system
  • Communicate with various staff to clarify customer service inquiries and assist in departmental functions
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in accounting or business administration preferred
  • At least one year of experience in a healthcare environment with customer service or financial counseling
  • Knowledge of insurance, governmental programs, and billing processes
  • Data entry skills with 50-60 keystrokes per minute
  • Demonstrated call center experience preferred
