A company is looking for an Order Support Representative II to handle pre-sales and post-sales service functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve the inbound phone queue and assist customers with inquiries or concerns
- Process orders, monitor customer orders, and keep customers informed of order status
- Research and resolve accounting, pricing, and shipping issues, escalating as necessary
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma; some college coursework preferred
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Service/Sales Support or similar environment
- Basic understanding of customer relationship management
- Accurate data entry and general computer skills
- Ability to quickly learn and comprehend product knowledge
