Job Summary

A company is looking for an Order Support Representative II to handle pre-sales and post-sales service functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve the inbound phone queue and assist customers with inquiries or concerns
  • Process orders, monitor customer orders, and keep customers informed of order status
  • Research and resolve accounting, pricing, and shipping issues, escalating as necessary
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma; some college coursework preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Service/Sales Support or similar environment
  • Basic understanding of customer relationship management
  • Accurate data entry and general computer skills
  • Ability to quickly learn and comprehend product knowledge
