Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Engineer to act as a Solution Architect and serve as the technical authority for integrations with contact center platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with customers to determine integration approaches during the pre-sales phase
  • Deliver solutions on time in partnership with Implementation Managers and other stakeholders
  • Design, build, and deploy applications using SDKs and APIs integrated with contact center platforms
Required Qualifications
  • Experience with Contact Center/Customer Experience platforms (e.g., AWS Connect, Genesys, Five9)
  • Proficiency with APIs, SDKs, AWS, Git, and coding in Go, Python, and JavaScript
  • Strong organizational skills for managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Consultative approach to problem-solving and relationship-building with technical stakeholders
  • A blend of sales enthusiasm and technical confidence
