Key Responsibilities

• Enter orders promptly to ensure seamless patient care and smooth handoffs
• Respond to calls within 30 minutes to support timely interventions
• Assess and determine patient disposition to guide appropriate next steps in treatment

Required Qualifications

• PMHNP-BC certification with a Maryland license
• Preferred willingness to become licensed in other geographies
• Experience in psychiatric care
• Ability to work flexible evening-to-morning hours
• Comfort with a 100% remote, telephonic role
