Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technician (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update logs of renewal business in Quote Tracker and Synergy CRM
- Send renewal solicitations and handle communication with insurance carriers
- Issue policies, process invoices, and participate in team meetings for process improvements
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-3 months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Some insurance knowledge and/or coursework preferred (e.g., INS21, INS22, INS23)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products required
