Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Representative-Remote (Military Spouses).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide inbound and outbound customer support using a call flow guide
• Identify and develop opportunities to offer targeted products and services
• Deliver superior customer experience by addressing customer needs

Required Qualifications

• Must be a Military spouse
• 1+ year of customer service experience
• 6+ months of soft sales experience preferred
• Must be at least 24 years of age
• A high school diploma or GED
