Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Desk Technician to provide technical support for various clients and industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnoses and troubleshoots end user desktop application issues
  • Provides timely resolution of problems and ensures customer satisfaction
  • Supports and maintains effective relationships with users while documenting standard operating procedures
Required Qualifications
  • Associates degree preferred, or technical training
  • 1-2 years related experience
  • Working knowledge of Windows operating systems and networks
  • Experience with multi-platform Windows O/S required
  • Experience using ITSM Ticketing tools preferred
