A company is looking for a Service Desk Technician to provide technical support for various clients and industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnoses and troubleshoots end user desktop application issues
- Provides timely resolution of problems and ensures customer satisfaction
- Supports and maintains effective relationships with users while documenting standard operating procedures
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree preferred, or technical training
- 1-2 years related experience
- Working knowledge of Windows operating systems and networks
- Experience with multi-platform Windows O/S required
- Experience using ITSM Ticketing tools preferred
