Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advocate for customer needs and drive strategic discussions
Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Strategy roles with enterprise or mid-market customers
  • Proven experience in quantifying business value and managing account plans
  • Experience mentoring or coaching peers within a customer-facing team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
  • Familiarity with SaaS and cloud technologies is a plus
