Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer goals and success metrics through ongoing discovery
- Build trusted relationships with users and executive stakeholders while managing onboarding and product adoption
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advocate for customer needs and drive strategic discussions
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Strategy roles with enterprise or mid-market customers
- Proven experience in quantifying business value and managing account plans
- Experience mentoring or coaching peers within a customer-facing team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Familiarity with SaaS and cloud technologies is a plus
