Required Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of payer payment processes and prior authorization
- Familiarity with ICD9/10 and CPT codes, especially company therapy codes
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously
- Experience with CRM software programs
