Veterinary Oncology Referral Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Referral Coordinator to provide support in veterinary oncology care.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate oncology care by communicating with clinics, scheduling appointments, and managing medical records
• Guide pet owners through emotional conversations regarding treatment plans and the oncology journey
• Build and maintain professional relationships with referring veterinary offices and collaborate with clinical teams

Required Qualifications

• Clinical veterinary experience (technician, assistant, or client service representative) is required
• Specialty/Oncology experience is preferred but not mandatory
• Availability to work remotely during weekdays
• Reliable high-speed internet connection
• Experience with ARIA treatment planning software is preferable
