Required Qualifications

- Experience in the IT services industry, preferably with a Managed Service Provider (MSP)
- Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with receptiveness to feedback
- Ability to analyze and articulate data trends
- Technical certifications and Customer/Client Success certifications preferred but not required
