Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or admissions, preferably in healthcare or related fields
• Proven phone sales and relationship-building skills
• High school diploma or G.E.D required; associate or bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
• Strong knowledge of insurance benefits and verification is desirable
• Proficient in CRM systems and comfortable with technology
