Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collections Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle outbound and inbound calls to collect on accounts less than 60 days past due
• Provide exceptional support and service to customers

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Customer service and prior collections experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent; must be 18 years or older
• Proficient in computer and typing skills, with experience in a call center environment
• Must have a designated home workspace and a wired internet connection meeting specified speed requirements
