A company is looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls regarding billing inquiries, payment arrangements, and service issues
- Process payments and assist with online account management
- Handle trouble and outage orders, as well as move in/out service requests
Required Qualifications
- Prior call center experience
- Ability to type 35-40 WPM
- Willingness to work overtime, including nights and weekends during emergencies
- Must have a broadband internet connection with specified speed requirements
- Camera required to be on during training and shifts
