Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls regarding billing inquiries, payment arrangements, and service issues
  • Process payments and assist with online account management
  • Handle trouble and outage orders, as well as move in/out service requests
Required Qualifications
  • Prior call center experience
  • Ability to type 35-40 WPM
  • Willingness to work overtime, including nights and weekends during emergencies
  • Must have a broadband internet connection with specified speed requirements
  • Camera required to be on during training and shifts
