Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Sales & Sales Support interactions via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and managing orders
• Utilize computerized systems for tracking and troubleshooting customer issues
• Process orders and perform follow-up communications to meet client needs

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• Bilingual in Spanish/English
• At least 2 years of Customer Service experience
• Previous call center experience preferred but not required
• Previous experience in foodservice or foodservice distribution preferred but not required
