A company is looking for a Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Sales & Sales Support interactions via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and managing orders
- Utilize computerized systems for tracking and troubleshooting customer issues
- Process orders and perform follow-up communications to meet client needs
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- Bilingual in Spanish/English
- At least 2 years of Customer Service experience
- Previous call center experience preferred but not required
- Previous experience in foodservice or foodservice distribution preferred but not required
