A company is looking for a Customer Care Advocate responsible for supporting patients in a high-volume inbound Contact Center.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and provide patient benefit investigations
- Document patient healthcare benefit coverage and recommend payment options
- Maintain confidentiality of patient data and assist in other departments as needed
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of customer service experience in a healthcare environment
- Experience in a high-volume Contact Center
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and virtual communication tools
- Must demonstrate independent thinking and sound judgment skills
