Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior FCR Specialist - HiTouch Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to resolve inquiries from eMarketplace platforms
• Complete returns, provide website assistance, and ensure first contact resolution
• Act as a liaison between departments to achieve accurate problem resolution

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ years in a customer service environment required
• Ability to work weekends and 2nd shift hours as needed
• Experience with MS Excel and MS Outlook
• Capability to manage and complete tasks that require follow-up
