Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production and ensure client delivery SLAs are met
• Manage loan review escalations and provide real-time feedback for corrective actions
• Coach and train staff to meet performance goals and KPIs

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in mortgage underwriting or quality control
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of underwriting guidelines and USPAP standards
• Experience with second-level reviews and escalations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
