Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in navigating benefits enrollment and plan updates
• Deliver high-quality service via phone, web chat, and email
• Collaborate virtually with a supportive and experienced team

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must have at least 3 consecutive years of recent, verifiable employment in any industry
• Must reside within 2 hours of Buffalo, NY
• Must be available to pick up equipment in-person on Day 1
• Fluency in Spanish or French is a plus and earns additional pay
