Key Responsibilities
- Support and build trust with policy customers by addressing their unique needs
- Offer additional products to customers while servicing their inquiries
- Participate in training to gain a solid base of insurance knowledge
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of two years relevant work experience, or
- A minimum of two years post-secondary education
- Ability to work in a remote environment
- Commitment to a training duration of 15 to 20 weeks
- Willingness to work a schedule that includes evening or weekend hours after training
