Required Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales, customer engagement, or similar roles, preferably in luxury or fast-paced environments
• Adept at remote collaboration and maintaining productivity in virtual environments
• Familiarity with CRM systems and collaboration tools is a plus
• Proactive, resourceful, and customer-centric with a passion for customer care
• Experience with eCommerce platforms is a plus
