Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Experience Associate to assist clients with inquiries and provide customer support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries related to orders and website navigation
  • Provide email and live chat support while maintaining KPIs
  • Document escalations for peers and leadership, and report bugs to the triage team
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service/support with an understanding of Software as a Service (SaaS)
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Familiarity with helpdesk/ticketing systems
  • Ability to compartmentalize customer situations and handle each positively
