A company is looking for a Customer Experience Associate to assist clients with inquiries and provide customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries related to orders and website navigation
- Provide email and live chat support while maintaining KPIs
- Document escalations for peers and leadership, and report bugs to the triage team
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in customer service/support with an understanding of Software as a Service (SaaS)
- High school diploma or GED
- Familiarity with helpdesk/ticketing systems
- Ability to compartmentalize customer situations and handle each positively
