Arizona Licensed Behavioral Health Liaison

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Clinical Liaison.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison for external groups and providers regarding clinical information
• Partner with staff and departments for provider education and outreach to address gaps
• Implement and manage procedures for tracking and resolving operational issues

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Master's degree in Social Work or Behavioral Health required
• 4+ years of experience providing behavioral health outpatient care
• Experience with assessment of treatment plans related to mental health and substance abuse
• Experience with managed care, case management, or quality improvement required
• Licensure as LCSW, LMHC, LPC, LMFT, LMHP, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist required
