Key Responsibilities:
- Provide efficient and timely service to members through various communication channels
- Consult with members to identify needs, offer solutions, and follow up on transactions
- Perform account maintenance tasks and recommend additional products and services
Required Qualifications:
- 1 year of retail experience with a proven track record in service and sales goals
- Basic understanding of financial products and services
- Competent computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft applications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in helping members
