Job Summary

A company is looking for a Title Success Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound communication with clients, lenders, and business partners
• Handle escalated matters and ensure timely resolution while maintaining service level agreements
• Document all account activities and obtain necessary titling documents for auto loans

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Preferred one year of motor vehicle titling experience
• One year of leadership experience in an operations environment
• Ability to interpret DMV statutes, policies, and procedures related to motor vehicle titling
• Special consideration for formal de-escalation training
