A company is looking for a Care Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and complete accurate referrals and applications in a customer relationship management platform
- Resolve patient questions and concerns regarding their journey status
- Steward patient accounts from initial contact through final approval or denial
Required Qualifications
- High School education required
- 2-4 years of related customer-facing experience or equivalent combination of education and experience desired
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment preferred
- Knowledge of insurance billing methods and general pharmacy operations is a plus
- Ability to type a minimum of 40 WPM
