A company is looking for a Patient Access Supervisor (REMOTE).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the patient insurance authorization and medical documentation process
- Resolve inquiries from patients, medical offices, and insurance companies
- Lead the Patient Access team to achieve performance metrics and goals
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Associates Degree in Healthcare, Medical Office, Management, or related field; Bachelor's preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in healthcare, medical office, or customer service
- 1-2 years of team leadership experience preferred
- Knowledge of insurance treatment authorization and/or precertification preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
