Job Summary
A company is looking for an Administrative Assistant (11:30AM - 8:00PM EST Shift).
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound & outbound calls, text messages, secure emails, and faxes from members and providers
- Generate member reports and assist with data entry and day-to-day functions
- Schedule patient and provider calls and contribute to special projects as needed
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of telephonic support experience in a healthcare or customer service role
- Comfortable using technology such as Google Suite, Slack, and electronic health records
- Ability to prioritize and address urgent member needs effectively
- Experience in a fast-paced, start-up environment is preferred
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
