Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Retention Supervisor (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of Customer Retention Call Center Representatives, including performance appraisal and monitoring
- Handle escalated calls and act as a liaison for customer service resolutions between departments
- Oversee metrics reporting and maintain documentation for coaching, development, and disciplinary actions
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
- At least 2 years of combined supervisory and retention experience
- Experience in life and/or health insurance preferred
- Advanced PC skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and make independent decisions
