Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Retention Supervisor (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of Customer Retention Call Center Representatives, including performance appraisal and monitoring
  • Handle escalated calls and act as a liaison for customer service resolutions between departments
  • Oversee metrics reporting and maintain documentation for coaching, development, and disciplinary actions


Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
  • At least 2 years of combined supervisory and retention experience
  • Experience in life and/or health insurance preferred
  • Advanced PC skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and make independent decisions
