Job Summary
A company is looking for an Overnight Crisis Support Specialist for the Maine Crisis Line.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess presenting problems and psychosocial stressors of callers
- Complete risk assessments to ensure caller safety during crises
- Collaborate with Crisis Response Services across the state
Required Qualifications and Education
- Associate Degree required
- One year or more of crisis or mental health-related experience preferred
- Ability to earn MHRT-CSP certification within 30 days of employment
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is a plus
- Must successfully pass a criminal background check and other screenings
