A company is looking for a Physician Communication Coordinator I.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate and coordinate telephone communication, including call routing and paging
- Provide after-hours answering service and document telephone encounters
- Maintain logs and records, and support emergency code alert operations
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year of customer service experience
- Minimum typing/keyboarding speed of 35 WPM
- 1 year of clerical/administrative experience preferred
- Experience in a healthcare environment preferred
