Job Summary

A company is looking for a Physician Communication Coordinator I.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate and coordinate telephone communication, including call routing and paging
  • Provide after-hours answering service and document telephone encounters
  • Maintain logs and records, and support emergency code alert operations


Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1 year of customer service experience
  • Minimum typing/keyboarding speed of 35 WPM
  • 1 year of clerical/administrative experience preferred
  • Experience in a healthcare environment preferred
