Job Summary
A company is looking for a Product Support Specialist I - Remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries regarding software usage and troubleshoot related issues
- Maintain logs of customer interactions and submit system performance issues for escalation
- Continuously improve product knowledge to enhance customer service and identify process improvement opportunities
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in technical and customer support, preferably in the technology/SaaS industry
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- Previous experience with QuickBooks and Salesforce is a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
- Flexibility to work different schedules as needed
