Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to support the State of Colorado's Medicaid billing and provider services remotely.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer inbound calls from medical providers regarding claims, prior authorizations, eligibility, and benefits
  • Resolve issues on the first call whenever possible, maintaining a positive and professional tone
  • Document all interactions in the system for tracking and reporting purposes
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma/GED
  • 1+ year customer service experience
  • 1+ year call center experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work full-time, Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM MST
