Key Responsibilities
- Track, manage, and update licenses and insurance documentation for providers
- Maintain accurate digital records and communicate with providers to ensure documentation is complete
- Assist with administrative credentialing functions and escalate urgent documentation issues as needed
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in credentialing, healthcare administration, or customer support
- Experience with tools such as Google Workspace and credentialing platforms
- High level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive information
- Ability to self-schedule effectively and work independently
