Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative (REMOTE) who is bilingual in English and French.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding product selection, services, and issues via various communication channels
  • Perform follow-ups to ensure customer service expectations are met and facilitate the sales process
  • Resolve customer issues, including issuing credit concessions and suggesting alternative products
Required Qualifications
  • Bilingual in English and French
  • High School Diploma or GED strongly preferred
  • 0-2 years of experience in customer service
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Office Suite, or similar CRM
  • Ability to work in a remote environment and pass a background check
