Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding product selection, services, and issues via various communication channels
- Perform follow-ups to ensure customer service expectations are met and facilitate the sales process
- Resolve customer issues, including issuing credit concessions and suggesting alternative products
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and French
- High School Diploma or GED strongly preferred
- 0-2 years of experience in customer service
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Office Suite, or similar CRM
- Ability to work in a remote environment and pass a background check
