Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to enhance customer experiences and drive value realization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a strategic partner by aligning solutions with customer business goals and driving value realization
  • Lead the renewal process and identify upsell opportunities to maintain customer satisfaction and drive growth
  • Serve as the primary advocate for customers, monitoring health, resolving issues, and fostering long-term relationships
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5-7 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or related roles, preferably in tech or SaaS
  • Proven ability to manage and grow large customer relationships in a SaaS environment
  • Experience with Customer Experience (CX) and User Experience (UX) is a plus
  • Strong understanding of SaaS products and customer success strategies
