Key Responsibilities
- Assist Spanish-speaking customers with enrollment and updates to health care and pension plans
- Safeguard confidential information and provide accurate information while maintaining professionalism
- Document call and case notes in English and participate in team meetings and training
Required Qualifications
- Excellent Spanish language skills and ability to translate calls into English
- Experience in customer service and ability to work in a structured environment
- High School degree required; Associate or Bachelor's degree is a plus
- Experience using Microsoft Office and ability to multitask
- Comfortable working in a virtual environment with online training
