Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Benefits Customer Service Representative - Bilingual Seasonal Colleague.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Spanish-speaking customers with enrollment and updates to health care and pension plans
  • Safeguard confidential information and provide accurate information while maintaining professionalism
  • Document call and case notes in English and participate in team meetings and training
Required Qualifications
  • Excellent Spanish language skills and ability to translate calls into English
  • Experience in customer service and ability to work in a structured environment
  • High School degree required; Associate or Bachelor's degree is a plus
  • Experience using Microsoft Office and ability to multitask
  • Comfortable working in a virtual environment with online training
