Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative for Retirement Plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inquiries and educate retirement plan participants on options and processes
  • Assist participants with online account access and resolve requests
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance service efficiency
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED; college degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center
  • Experience with retirement plans is preferred
  • Knowledge of ERISA, IRS/DOL regulations, and qualified plan administration is a plus
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
