A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative for Retirement Plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inquiries and educate retirement plan participants on options and processes
- Assist participants with online account access and resolve requests
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance service efficiency
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED; college degree preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center
- Experience with retirement plans is preferred
- Knowledge of ERISA, IRS/DOL regulations, and qualified plan administration is a plus
- Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
