Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and continuously improve Customer Success operations, systems, and reporting
- Manage and optimize Salesforce for the Customer Success team, ensuring alignment with business needs

Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success Operations, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Strong Salesforce administration and reporting skills
