Job Summary

A company is looking for a Registered Nurse IV (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical nursing and manage continuity of care for beneficiary populations through comprehensive assessments and care planning
• Participate in the identification of processes and practice metrics, ensuring adherence to case management standards
• Develop and implement patient treatment plans and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal care delivery

Qualifications:

• Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
• Certifications in addition to Basic Life Support, including various nursing case management certifications
• One year of nursing experience post-graduation
• Current, unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse
