Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join their EMEA team.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing customers across EMEA
- Own the renewal process for assigned accounts and anticipate risks to protect retention
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities while partnering with Sales for growth
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual fluency in English and German (written and spoken) is essential
- 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role, ideally with SaaS/enterprise software customers
- Demonstrated success managing renewals and driving upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Experience with SaaS solutions (PLM or enterprise software preferred) and ability to translate technical solutions into business outcomes
- Strong plus for experience in merchandising, buying, or fashion/apparel operations
