A company is looking for a Product Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with complex technical products via phone or electronic communications
- Provide guidance on product functionality, system configurations, and recommend solutions to known problems
- Document issues clearly and support implementation of hotfixes and patches to ensure customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a relevant field; or equivalent experience
- 5 to 7 years of experience in a customer support role for network and data security products
- Good understanding of Active Directory, LDAP, and networking protocols
- Experience with databases such as MSSQL, Oracle, and MySQL
- Hands-on experience with scripting and automation using languages like bash or Python
