A company is looking for a Regional Care Coordinator to manage members' transportation experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate member experiences by managing trip monitoring, confirmations, and recovery
- Act as a liaison between health plan clients, members, and partners to ensure quality care
- Document escalations and action plans while maintaining compliance with KPIs and contract requirements
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- 9 months of experience in a Customer Care Representative role or similar healthcare case management experience
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle escalated situations
- Familiarity with medical terminology and patient care is preferred
